To get ready for the Friday 1st procession and bonfire, come along and make costumes with Groovy Su Monday 28th October 2-4pm in the village pavilion. £2 per child. There will be no sewing but children may need to use scissors and will need to be supervised by parents or carers. After you have made your costume, take away a pumpkin (£2) to carve at home or bring it to the pumpkin carving workshop in the cricket pavilion on Thursday afternoon 1-3pm with Zoe (£2 per child). Please bring sharp serrated knives which work best for pumpkin carving, you might need a cushion to sit on, and children must be supervised by an adult. Please book for the pumpkin carving workshop firstname.lastname@example.org. Then you’ll be ready to join the procession on Friday in your costume, and to add your carved pumpkin to the story telling tent!
