Vintage Dance Fit is launching in Cholsey in April with free sessions being offered to anyone who is interested. Classes are run by Paula who began dancing when she was four and who now wants to give everyone a chance to dance – without needing a partner.
Do you fancy a waist-whittling, rib-tickling dance fitness experience which will get you fit while getting you moving to some great old popular music? From the cheeky Charleston of the 1920s to the pop sounds of the 60s there will be a range of great vintage music and a chance to learn a range of specially choreographed routines too. This friendly dance-based fitness class is delivered by an experienced dancer who has turned her love of vintage music from across the 20th century into a unique class combining easy steps from dances as diverse as the Jive, the Jig and Waltz!
The first free session will be in the Great Hall, Fairmile on Monday 7 April 2014 at 7.45pm. The free sessions will be ticketed to keep numbers safe. To get your ticket you simply have to be on the mailing list by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling Paula on 0777 219 3009 Find Vintage Dance Fit on Facebook/VintageDanceFit and Twitter @VintageDanceFit
