Vikings Day at the Wallingford Museum: Saturday 16 August from 11am – 4pm

Bring the Viking times to life at this special Family Friendly event in Wallingford Museum
In 1006 a Viking army from Norway and Denmark attacked the town of Wallingford and allegedly burnt it to the ground – but you can still see the high earth walls of Wallingford that were built to stop the Vikings. But were the Vikings really so bad? Go and find out for yourself on Saturday 16 August 11am – 4pm. http://www.wallingfordmuseum.org.uk/news–events.html for full details.

All children: FREE and adults pay £4 each for a season ticket.
